Each year, the Admind agency marks its foundation by hosting a gala to honour the achievements of its employees.

The Gala event is significant for the agency as it marks the end of a collaborative week, during which teams from different offices (Amsterdam, Cracow, Odessa, and Bangkok) participate in joint workshops and cultural activities.
The project involved developing an identity for the gala and designing an award to recognize the top-performing employees.

“The NeverBranding Story” was the theme of Admind’s 7th annual gala, inspired by the title of a film and reflecting the agency’s branding journey and its aspirations for a bright future. The concept involved creating a never-ending design made up of smaller elements representing the various brands the agency had worked for.

The formal concept was reflected in all the merchandise and print materials, as well as the award design, which featured a broken letter “A” and a mirror to enhance the optical illusion and give a different shape from different angles.
